day EIGHT

Yesterday was day 8...n it was dissapointing, Spore lost 2 Haiti. Haiti sure did play a very2 tactical and dramatic match. They covered Spore's key player so well, and they wasted so much time acting injured all the time, but the atmosphere yesterday was exactly like the Malaysian cup days ...2day will be day 8 of the YOG, will be resting at home...2moro, ill b at Marina Reservoir for canoeing..

Oh, n yest a guy came up 2 me n ask me....r u french??? hahaha!!!!

day SEVEN

2day, PING PONG, or table tennis...hehe...was okok la...alittle boring, but it was good... juz 2 soak in the atmosphere, but the turn out was way better then badminton sumhow, or mayb bcoz it is a Saturday? 2moro, back 2 Jalan Besar Stadium for the boy's semi final, where Montenegro will take on Bolivia and SINGAPORE will take on Haiti...

I only have one thing 2 say, SINGAPORE YOUNG CUBS ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Singapore 3 Montenegro 2....but I still tink the penalty was a mistake....wateva! Singapore won! next, Haiti....

day FOUR

So it is day four of the SYOG. Today I was at the International Convention Centre, Suntec City, for taekwando. Taekwando was awesome....all the kicks got me sooo hyped up! hahaha...the Suntec City was a very big space, they had a culture educational program too, teaching you the different sports, I manage to speak 2 my fav country, GERMANS!! haha it was cool...I had a chance to touch the actual YOG Gold medal, and the bronze medal won by Mr. Tan Howe Liang in the 1960 Olympic...rare ocassion...

but I cant wait for 2MORO!!! SOCCER!!! SINGAPORE vs Montenegro......oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah! HEY!

day TWO

Today I was posted at JBS (Jalan Besar Stadium), n it was fun!!! mainly bcoz I was covering a soccer event. I must say, even for a youth Olympic games, these kids sure do play like pros...no wonder the premier leagues has players as young as 21 or 18 i suppose....anyway 2day the 2 matches were good, Bolivia thrashed Haiti 9 - 0, and Montenegro beat Zimbabwe 2 - 1...cant wait for Thursday, as Spore will go againts Montenegro...I bet it will be a fight 2 the end...2moro day THREE will be my rest day :), day FOUR, ill be at Suntec International Convention Centre for Fencing, or is it wrestling? :D

day ONE

Today was the first day of the Youth Olympic Games 2010, I was at Singapore Indoor Stadium for the badminton games. The fight between Singapore vs India, Great Britain vs USA and Turkey vs Vietnam were the best for me. The food was great! haha...2moro, day TWO, Jalan Besar Stadium for soccer!
